Is it possible to make stew and frybread in one hour? We’ll find out. Starting at noon in the dance arena, you and your teammate can put your name in the hat for the 1st Annual Top Rez Chef competition. Four teams will be drawn and competition will start at 1 p.m. The selected four teams will have one hour to make stew and frybread for the panel of judges. The top two teams will advance to the finale where they will have one hour to prepare a dish using a traditional food. The audience will get to sample the creations as well. At 5 p.m. in the dance arena, native fashion designers are invited to showcase their creations they have made between May 1 and July 3.
