Drug house search warrants leads to more arrests

From Polson Police Department

POLSON — On the night of February 3, 2018, the Polson Police Department, with the assistance of the Flathead Tribal Police Department, executed two residential search warrants. This is part of our ongoing initiative to rescue drug endangered children, to target suspected drug dealers, users/abusers and the houses they operate out of.

The two search warrants were executed within Polson City limits. Several items were seized as a result: methamphetamine, marijuana, several items of drug paraphernalia such as pipes, snort tubes, syringes and other devices used to ingest dangerous drugs. The drug residue on the paraphernalia was from heroin, meth and marijuana.

Four individuals were arrested. Their charges ranged from endangering the welfare of children, outstanding arrest warrants, drug paraphernalia and evidence tampering. Several children were removed from these dangerous living conditions. Nobody was injured during the execution of the search warrants.
